Shipping Processing Time We strive to ensure your order is processed efficiently. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we commit to preparing and handing over your package to our logistics carrier within three (3) business days.

Please note: "Processing time" refers to the time taken to prepare your package for transit and dispatch it from our warehouse to the carrier. It does not include the time it takes for the carrier to scan, process, and deliver the package to your destination.

Carrier Tracking & System Updates While we prioritize handing over your order to the carrier within two business days, please be aware that the carrier’s system may experience delays in scanning and updating tracking information. Once the package has been collected by or delivered to our logistics partner, we are no longer in control of their internal system processing time. If your tracking status has not updated for several days, please contact us, and we will assist in communicating with the carrier on your behalf.

Peak Season & Holiday Delays During peak shopping seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or high-volume sales periods) and public holidays, logistics carriers may experience higher-than-average processing volumes. These conditions can result in extended transit times or delays in carrier updates that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times, as our partners work to manage increased demand.

Service Disruptions & Force Majeure Temperapatio.com is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters;

• Logistics carrier network disruptions or labor strikes;

• Global supply chain delays or port congestion;

• Unforeseen public health emergencies.

In the event of such disruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of your order status.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your selected items. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.
